I'm Yoon Kong, a student who moved from South Korea to the United States in pursuit of new opportunities. My interests span across multiple disciplines - from developing AI applications and analyzing data, to founding a Film Analysis Club where I help students improve their media literacy. I believe in the intersection of technology and arts, using both analytical and creative thinking in my projects. Whether it's developing games, conducting research on AI stock analysis, or exploring the deeper meanings in films, I'm always eager to learn and create something meaningful.

Game Development
This project was a game that was developed in 72 hours. The game involves drawing lines in order to stop 2 groups of AI controlled characters from fighitng, following a theming of peace. This led to a gameplay loop primarily consisting of many small puzzles. It was then published onto itch.io and is still available.
Artificial Intelligence/Stock Data Analysis
As a research paper presentation for the ICOAI(International Conference on Artificial Intelligence) I wrote a research paper on the topic of stock data analysis using machine learning. It involved having an machine learning model analyze the rise and fall of stock values in order to utilize deep learning and accurately predict the future trend of said stock. The paper was presented at the conference and was published in the conference proceedings.
Artificial Intelligence | Facial Recognition
The project involves a face recognition model and a voice generation AI. The facial expression gets read by the AI, which is then fed a TTS message and inputs emotion into the TTS broadcasted based on aforementioned facial expression. This project is intended to those who are affected by speech impediments to aid in their communication.
